An eclectic getaway overlooking Central Park West that embodies Tina’s signature look Soulful Minimalism ^TM.

The project is an apartment owned by a young working professional living in the city. It’s a first home for a sophisticated, modern, independent woman living in Manhattan who knew what she wanted which was to fill the space with pops of green to reflect the aesthetics of Central Park and her amazing view. The goal was to give this home life and depth, with art and several custom elements including personalized rugs, a bespoke sofa, and tailor-made floor mirror.

• We elevated some current architectural elements including dropping the height of the coffered ceilings to add more light in all the rooms
• A fully custom bed and headboard in the master, complete with integrated wall sconces, with dimming switches below, for complete convenience
• A custom desk in the study, which is made with function in mind, equipped with a roll out printer tray
