Jose Fernandez is the founder and Team Leader of The One Team at Keller Williams Realty in Miami, Florida. A native of Puerto Rico, Jose relocated to South Florida 20 years ago, drawn by the region's vibrant culture, tropical landscape, and global diversity. With a Master’s degree from FIU’s School of Hospitality Management and two decades of high-level customer service experience, Jose offers a uniquely personalized approach to real estate. He is a multi-lingual professional—fluent in English and Spanish with a working knowledge of Italian—serving an international clientele across the Caribbean, Europe, and the Americas. Jose is a distinguished specialist in senior living and luxury markets. He made history as the first Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. His extensive credentials, including CIPS, CLHMS, and CRS designations, ensure his clients receive expert guidance in complex international and residential transactions. Beyond real estate, Jose is a dedicated philanthropist. Named the 2016 Florida Realtors® Humanitarian of the Year, he has spent decades supporting global causes, including sponsoring children through Children International and supporting an orphanage for children with HIV/AIDS in Honduras.
