About Carolann Clynes

Carolann Clynes is a Realtor-Associate® with over 30 years' experience in real estate sales and management currently based out of our Summit Sales Gallery. A strong negotiator, Carolann is well known in the industry for her expertise, ethics and ease of style. Notably, Carolann is a Christie's International Real Estate Masters Circle member. Members include an elite group of the top 180 high-performing luxury real estate specialists from across the global network. The selection of these members is based on their local success, professional passion and expertise. In 2011, and then again consecutively from 2013-2021, Carolann was recognized as a Five-Star Real Estate Agent by NJ Monthly Magazine, acknowledging her high levels of overall client satisfaction. She received the New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Platinum Award in 2013 and the Gold level following that in 2016. Carolann has been a Realtor® Emeritus of the National Association of Realtors® since 2012, and is a lifetime member of the New Jersey Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club. Among Carolann's impressive accomplishments is the sale of the most expensive property in Summit, located at 233 Springfield Avenue, selling for $8 million in 2015. Carolann holds several prominent real estate designations, including the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and is a certified appraiser by the National Residential Appraisers Institute. With her extensive experience as a former real estate vice president, branch office manager, Director of Premier Properties for a previous real estate firm and her affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Carolann is able to leverage the strength of Christie's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service for the benefit of her clients. Carolann believes in giving back to the community where she lives and works, serving on the boards of many civic and charitable organizations. In 2002, she was appointed by the New Jersey State Senate to the New Jersey Historic Trust, after being nominated by then Governor James McGreevey. She served as Chair of the Trust from 2006 to 2008, and was nominated to a second term by former Governor Jon Corzine. In her spare time, Carolann enjoys New York City opera, tennis, cycling on her beloved Martha's Vineyard, and historic preservation particularly New Jersey's fine historic resources. Carolann is a current resident of Summit.
