Brian Bratton has spent over 22 years living and working in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, establishing himself as a trusted leader in luxury Real Estate sales, rentals, development + consulting, design development, and more. As Owner and Broker of Christie’s International Real Estate Tamarindo and Founder of Tamarindo Luxury Villas, he leads high-end ocean-view and oceanfront projects from concept stage development and design, sales + absorption, rental strategy, and long-term management. Having represented and consulted for numerous luxury developments, Brian provides strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to optimize sales operations, marketing strategy, positioning, and revenue growth. As both a broker and active investor, he brings a practical, results-driven perspective that helps clients confidently buy & sell, build, and maintain exceptional homes with a bespoke, service-first approach based on historical market knowledge and focused on long-term value + ownership experience. Originally drawn to Costa Rica for its surf lifestyle, Brian now shares that passion with his wife and two amazing kids, spending his free time surfing and exploring the outdoors with them. He is an active investor and a dedicated member of the local community, supporting organizations such as CRIA, Tamarindo Cares, and the Surfrider Foundation. Deeply rooted in Costa Rica, he remains passionate about the lifestyle and community that first drew him to the area.
