A Complete Renovation of an East Coast Couple’s West Coast Retreat

The clients had initially reached out to renovate the kitchen of their home-away-from-home, a Marina del Rey luxury condominium. Soon enough, we were enlisted to completely overhaul & decorate the entire unit.

The primary focus of the renovation, was tailoring the limited amount of space—1,300 square feet—to maximize functionality surrounding how they lived. This included a great deal of customizations and specificity within the cabinetry design, the clients’ affinity for the color blue and classic East Coast architectural details.

The fresh approach to classic coastal comes through in rich wood accents, paired with limed oak floors and Farrow & Ball paint, Roman Clay ceilings, honed marble + quartzite with unlacquered brass hardware. Furnishings combine a luxe and livable mix of vintage and traditional pieces.
